Starting from August 1, 2022, the empty plots covered with perennial trees and shrubs will not be put up for sale on the E-auction in the city of Tashkent. This is mentioned in the presidential decision announced for public discussion on July 4.
According to the document, the city of Tashkent will be transformed into one of the world's leading green cities by expanding tree groves, bushes and green areas, using modern water-saving technologies in the irrigation system of green areas.
In 2023-2026, the main task is to implement the greening program in the city of Tashkent, which includes planting and fertilizing ornamental trees and perennial shrubs.
Also, in 2022-2023, air pollution measuring devices will be installed throughout the city of Tashkent, and a permanent monitoring system will be introduced by integrating them into the "Digital Tashkent" situation center under the capital's administration.
In canals and water bodies flowing through the city, measures are taken to ensure water purity by constantly studying the purity and pollution of water on the basis of laboratory analyzes and identifying "pollution areas".
